Urok Doomhowl is the ninth boss that will need to be summoned in Blackrock Spire. In order to summon Doomhowl you'll need to first kill Highlord Omokk for his head and acquire a Roughshod Pike Roughshod Pike. These items will need to be used on Urok's Tribute Pile. While Urok Doomhowl does have a limited loot table; some of his most notable loot includes the Marksman's Girdle Marksman's Girdle for Enhancement Shamans and Slaghide Gauntlets Slaghide Gauntlets for Feral Druids.
